With a career spanning over 1,200 activations and events across three continents, he has worked across some of the most demanding and diverse sectors in the trade show world — including Agriculture, Government, Hospitality, Sports, Energy, Indoor Leisure, and many others. A regular speaker on brand strategy and event leadership in North America, Europe, and South America, Chris is the architect of Flourish Theory's framework for maximizing trade show performance across the full 365-day cycle.

Amna Shamim is a digital marketing and communications strategist who has built some of North America's largest consumer communities and led international expansion programs across the Americas, Europe, and Oceania. Her expertise in audience development, digital engagement, and community architecture brings a critical and often overlooked dimension to event growth strategy. Amna's work helps show producers think about what happens on the floor and beyond while building the year-round ecosystems that drive long-term loyalty.
